KaMRa - Treatment for Presbyopia ("lau hua", 老花)

Can you read this sentence clearly?

If you can't read the sentence above, you may have
presbyopia ("lau hua").

Read on if you wish to restore your everyday vision.

What is presbyopia ("lau hua")?

A healthy young eye is able to focus light from both far and near objects to create a clear image at all distances. Over time, the eye's natural lens is too stiff to focus up close. As a result, words and other near objects are blurry.

The clinical term for this loss of near vision is presbyopia. By age 50, most of us will experience this visual condition.

As long as you can find them, reading glasses make it easy to read a book, work on the computer or read phone messages. However, reading glasses will impair your distance vision.

For many, putting glasses on to see near and taking them off to see far is inconvenient.

Now, there is an effective, safe and innovative treatment to reduce your need for reading glasses - the KAMRA cornea inlay.
